Life can be incredibly challenging. None of us choose to be thrown into existence, and we often have little control over the circumstances we’re dealt. Navigating personal changes, coping with uncertainty, and staying grounded amid the chaos of the world around us can feel overwhelming. Sometimes, it helps just to have someone to talk to.

As a therapist, my role is different from that of a friend. I offer a space grounded in compassion, free of judgment and unsolicited advice. My training equips me with evidence-based tools to help you manage stress, work toward your goals, and connect more deeply with your most authentic self.

My approach is person-centered, which means I see you as the expert of your own experience. I strive to meet each client exactly where they are, offering a supportive and empathetic environment tailored to their unique needs. While I draw from modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I adapt my methods to best serve you as an individual.

I earned my Master’s of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cleveland State University. My education and training shapes my approach, but more than anything, I’m here to support you in a way that feels thoughtful, grounded, and authentic.

I am especially passionate about supporting those who have felt misunderstood or who have faced significant adversity. I believe in the strength of the underdog and feel deeply honored to walk alongside my clients on their path to healing and growth.

It is a true privilege to be part of your journey.
