Hello! My name is Hannah and I am an LPCC here at Cleveland Therapy Group. As a therapist, I truly believe that anyone can benefit from having a safe & nonjudgmental space to express feelings, process experiences, and work towards personal growth. No matter what your path may look like – I am here to work alongside you as you find a way forward. I wholeheartedly believe that everyone is capable of building a meaningful life, no matter how difficult or overwhelming circumstances may seem.

My therapeutic style is largely influenced by Existential Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Feminist Therapy. I have also received training in Exposure Response Prevention & Grief Work. I enjoy working with adolescents (16+) & adults at all ages & stages of life. Topics & populations of interest include but are not limited to: life transitions, existential concerns, grief/loss, shame, anxiety/panic, OCD, spirituality exploration, self-esteem, and LGBTQ+ populations. I provide therapy through telehealth & in-person.

I take a nonpathologizing & systems-based approach to mental health, as I firmly believe that human suffering is often an understandable, adaptive response to the complicated world we live in. Finding peace and understanding within our own minds can be endlessly freeing. Looking forward to potentially being part of your journey.
