Hello! My name is Jacquelyn Casalina. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC-S) and co-founder of Cleveland Therapy Group. As a psychotherapist, I strive to meet my clients where they are in their own individual journey. I hope to guide you in reaching your goals and achieving overall wellness. 

I am informed in a psychodynamic approach, utilizing a client-centered perspective. I have developed specializations in crisis intervention, dialectical behavioral therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I've completed a psychoanalytic psychotherapy program at the Cleveland Psychoanalytic Center. Additionally, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I've developed group curriculums utilizing experiential techniques assisting individuals and groups through life transitions and trauma. Additional areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. 

I received my Bachelors degree from The Ohio State University in Criminology and Criminal Justice Studies and earned a Masters degree from Cleveland State University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and couples. I have worked in a variety of therapeutic settings including residential, college counseling centers, hospitals, and private practice.
