I work with adults who lead, build, serve, or perform — therapists, entrepreneurs, executives, first responders, and athletes — people who’ve mastered the art of functioning but are ready for something more. Therapy with me is a space to turn inward, reflect honestly, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is psychodynamic and collaborative. Together, we explore how your past informs your present — not to dwell, but to gain clarity, break free from stuck patterns, and move forward with greater intention and fulfillment. This work goes deeper than symptom relief — it’s about insight, empowerment, and feeling more connected to yourself and your life.
I’m informed in animal-assisted therapy and have experience integrating movement-based approaches and sports psychology principles when helpful. I believe therapy should support your growth not just mentally, but as a whole person — mind, body, and self. At its core, therapy with me is honest, depth-oriented, and grounded in real insight.
If you’re ready for focused, insight-driven work that supports your wellness and challenges you in the right ways, I’d be honored to connect.
