Hello there!

My name is Megan Andrews. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My professional background has been working with children, adolescents, families, and young adults in both community and in school settings.

It is my true feeling that any person could benefit from an empathetic, respectful, and nurturing environment to process thoughts, feelings, fears, and goals. As a therapist, it is my goal to facilitate the type of environment to best suit the needs of my client by meeting them where they’re at in their healing and wellness journey, and to take that road with them, whatever the pace.

My therapeutic toolkit is eclectic. I draw from many theories to tailor fit treatment to the needs of my client. Narrative therapy, feminist theory, DBT, CBT, and person-centered approaches frequently influence my therapeutic work. I am committed to my work as a culturally competent therapist and am particularly passionate about working therapeutically with LGBTQIA+ youth and young adults.

It is my goal for all client’s to find insight, meaning, and empowerment through our therapeutic process.
